COVID-19: A message from the team at Twenty Four

This is an unprecedented time in our history. The COVID-19 pandemic is having an impact on the health of our loved ones, the businesses we rely upon, the health of the global economy, and the way we live our daily lives. As we all continue to navigate through these unique and evolving challenges, we want you to know that Twenty Four is here for you.

We all need to support our employees and look for ways to help our customers navigate these waters. In the last few weeks, we’ve seen generosity and kindness, intergenerational support and solidarity, and remarkable fortitude. It is during times like these that courage, generosity and resilience make a difference.

We are working diligently to reduce the risk to our ecosystem, and to ensure that our support and services continue without interruption.  So as a business, we are taking precautions to protect our colleagues, by limiting the number of people present in the office at any one time and ask that any clients who need to attend our office, follow social distancing guidance from the government.

Customer support, cloud operations, and Twenty Four Consulting Services are equipped to continue working without interruption.  Through the use of technology/online tools, we plan to continue business as usual, progressing toward proposed milestones and supporting you. Our workforce has access to laptops, RDP / VPN access, and conferencing tools to be able to work from home as needed. We are closely monitoring the situation daily and will adapt our recommendations, advice, and approaches as appropriate.

Should you have questions or specific queries relating to the ongoing support of your business, please contact support@twenty-four.it or Tony, Dave or myself. We will aim to answer your questions directly or (if a support question) our in house ERP will forward your questions to a support team member for a response.

I am finding a lot of businesspeople looking for proactive ways to continue the work they do, and I believe communication is vital here.  By working together in innovative and collaborative approaches, our economy can move forward.  I can assure you of our help in these unprecedented times.

Regards,

Mike and the team.
